Our Services include browsing our Site, requesting quotes or samples, submitting customization details, and placing orders for individual or bulk corporate gifts.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for use by individuals acting on behalf of a business or organization, or by adult consumers placing personal orders where applicable. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to place orders or submit requests on behalf of your organization, where applicable.

3. Quotes, Orders & Customization

• Quote Requests: Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not guarantee pricing, availability, or an order commitment until confirmed in writing by our team.
• Custom Orders: Many of our products may be customized with your company's logo, branding, or specific packaging requests. You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legal right to use any logo, artwork, or materials you submit to us for customization.
• Minimum Orders: Certain products or pricing tiers may require a minimum order quantity, which will be communicated at the time of quoting.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are considered final once confirmed and paid for in accordance with the payment terms provided to you at checkout or in your quote.

4. Samples

We may offer free or discounted samples at our discretion. Sample requests are limited to one per company unless otherwise agreed, and availability may be limited. Samples are provided to help you evaluate our products before placing a larger order and do not constitute a guarantee of final order pricing or availability.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Bulk and custom orders may require a deposit or full payment in advance. We accept payment methods as indicated on our Site or in your invoice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes not included in the quoted price.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated turnaround and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by order volume, customization complexity, or shipping carrier delays. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Please review your shipping address carefully, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by you.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are customized or made to order, all sales are final once production has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you believe your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right. Refunds or replacements, where applicable, will be issued at our discretion.

8. Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer

While we offer gluten-free and clean-ingredient options, our products are prepared in a facility that may also process peanuts and other allergens. It is your responsibility to review product descriptions and notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergy concerns for your recipients before placing an order.
